As long as a compulsive habit is at the wheel, choosing a direction does not get you very far. You can make the finest plans in the world: the autopilot takes back control come Tuesday night.
That is why we start by regaining the power to choose. Once choice becomes possible again, the real question arrives — and it is far more interesting: now that you can choose, what do you choose?
What it solves
A compulsive behaviour that keeps coming back despite your efforts.
Who it is for
Someone who has already tried to stop, several times.
How it is built
An individual kickoff, then eight group workshops and eight private sessions.
The system
The three C’s — Clarity, Confrontation, Coding.
What it solves
A life that works, but no longer looks like you.
Who it is for
The mid-life professional who has lost the meaning of what they do.
How it is built
Twelve pillars, in a group cohort or one-to-one.
The system
The three R’s — Reflection, Reframing, Reprogramming.
“Regain the Power of Choice” is the way in. That is where everyone starts, and “Is There a Pilot in the Plane?” is for those who have completed it.
There is one exception, and I keep it deliberately. Sometimes a person has no compulsive behaviour to undo, and the only real question is the one about direction. In that case I can authorize direct enrolment in the second program — after the assessment call, never before.
That is exactly what the call is for: to look at where you are, and tell you honestly where to start.
That is exactly the question we sort out in thirty minutes on the phone. And I regularly end up telling someone it is neither one nor the other.
Is there a pilot in the plane? Yes. It is you.
