You never lacked willpower.

What you’re trying to stop is not a character flaw.

It’s a habit your brain learned. And anything learned can be unlearned.

You’ve already tried. Often.

You stopped for a week. A month. Six months, maybe. And it came back.

In the morning you promise yourself exactly what you won’t hold to that evening. You stopped one thing… and something else quietly took its place. Almost nobody around you suspects a thing — and that may be the heaviest part to carry.

After enough attempts, a sentence settles in. “The problem is me. Something in me is broken.”

Well, I’m telling you that isn’t it.

Patrice Beaudoin,
human potential coach

I have been a human potential coach for thirty-five years, in Montreal.

The people who sit down across from me usually look at the floor. Ashamed, out of answers. And they nearly all say the same thing: “Patrice, I don’t know why I keep doing all this anymore. It doesn’t make sense, I’ve lost myself.”

I don’t find them broken. In thirty-five years, I have never met anyone who was broken. I have met people who had learned something, and whom nobody had ever shown how to unlearn it.

My mission

My purpose is to help you regain the power of choice — and then to help you decide what to do with it.

Not by telling you that you are ill. Not by asking you to stop anything before you have decided it yourself. By working on the cause, never only on the effect.
